The loan can be used to

• creation (acquisition) of modular non-capital accommodation facilities, including installation and commissioning;
• Under a modular non-capital accommodation facility is understood as a prefabricated construction of factory production, including container type, or glamping, equipped for year-round comfortable and safe stay of tourists and equipped with an individual toilet, washbasin, shower, as well as having a total area of at least 15 square meters, with the exception of the bathroom area.
• creation (acquisition) of non-capital buildings for temporary accommodation and residence of individuals;
• purchase of tourist equipment worth at least 100 000 (one hundred thousand) rubles within the framework of the Project;
• arrangement of the street navigation system (installation of information plates with QR codes, navigation and information surfaces and structures).

Claimant requirements

• on the date of filing the application is registered and carries out activities at least 12 months in the territory of the Yaroslavl region;
• on the date of filing the application carries out on the territory of the Yaroslavl region continuous financial economic activity for at least 6 calendar months, in the industries specified in Section 15 of the Procedure;
• on a date not earlier than 30 working days before the date of filing the application There is no tax arrearsfees, insurance premiums, penalties, fines, interest payable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees to the budgets of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation, in the amount, more than 50 thousand rubles. ;
• filing date is not in the process of reorganization (with the exception of reorganization in the form of joining another legal entity to the applicant), liquidation, bankruptcy proceedings have not been introduced against him, the applicant’s activity is not suspended in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• filing date There is no overdue salary arrears before employees;
• filing date No overdue debts to the Fund under previously concluded agreements;
• filing date There is no overdue debt to return subsidies to the regional budgetbudget investments provided, including in accordance with other legal acts, as well as other overdue (unsettled) debts on monetary obligations to the Yaroslavl region;
• at the date of filing the application is not a foreign legal entity, as well as a Russian legal entity, in the authorized (share) capital of which the share of foreign legal entities whose place of registration is the state or territory included in the list of states and territories approved by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation that provide a preferential tax regime and (or) do not provide for disclosure and provision of information when conducting financial transactions (offshore zones), in the aggregate exceeds 25 percent;
• at the date of filing the application, disclosed the composition of participants (shareholders), provided a list of affiliates and information about the ultimate beneficiaries;
• within 1 (one) year preceding the date of application to the Fund, did not violate the terms of previously concluded with the Fund Target Loan Agreements for a period of more than 30 calendar days in the aggregate for the entire specified period;
• in respect of the Applicant, during the 3 years preceding the date of application to the Fund, insolvency (bankruptcy) procedures were not applied, including supervision, financial recovery, external management, competitive proceedings;
• A positive credit history;
• having a positive business reputation.
