The area is 104.83 hectares Type of Greenfield site   Accredited by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation   It has an advantageous location at the intersection of federal highways at the entrance to the city of Yaroslavl, two railway stations of the Northern Railway are located nearby, 20 kilometers away is Tunoshna Airport, open for regular air cargo and reception of private aircraft operating charter flights   The lands and infrastructure of the park are managed by JSC Yaroslavl Region Development Corporation.

- Kopaevo investment site of the Greenfield type, located on the territory of the urban district of the city of Rybinsk, with a total area of about 186 hectares., the land is intended to accommodate industrial, municipal and warehouse enterprises of the 4th and 5th classes of environmental hazard; 

- Tutaev industrial park "Master" of the Brownfield type, located on the territory of the Tutaev TOR. The park consists of three production buildings ready for rent with a useful area of 44,000 sq. m.;  

- Pereslavl Technopark with a total area of about 110 hectares. The territory of the Pereslavl Technopark is located at the intersection of three motor transport routes: Moscow (120 km), Yaroslavl (120 km), Vladimir (130 km). On the territory of the technopark there is a resource potential for the implementation of the project: energy supply, water supply, own boiler room, sewerage, telephone communication. 

- the innovative business park "Creative and technological quarter "KORD Factory" of the Brownfield type, located on the territory of the factory of technical fabrics in the city of Yaroslavl, is one of the centers for the development of infrastructure to support small and medium-sized businesses in the Yaroslavl region. The land area is 9.8 hectares, the building area is 69,000 sq. m.; 

- the Tutaev Industrial Park of the Greenfield type, located in the urban settlement of Tutaev, which has the status of a TOP. The park area is 77.8 hectares; 

- industrial (industrial) park "Technopark of Locales" of the Brownfield type, located in the center of the city of Gavrilov-Yama, which has the status of a TOP. The technopark consists of 8 buildings with a total area of 95,000 square meters, the total area of land plots is more than 15 hectares. Technopark is a promising platform for the implementation of entrepreneurial ideas in various fields - from metalworking to the hotel business; - industrial (industrial) park "Technopark-ARM" of the Brownfield type, located on two sites in the city of Rybinsk. The total area of the park's production facilities is 60971 sq. m.
