Toutaev Industrial Park
is an industrial zone and prepared for the construction of a common Greenfield land area 77.9 hectares.
Construction of engineering infrastructure and roads is planned for 2025, a key factor for the development of the park and the engagement of new residents.

Conditions of accommodation in the industrial park
- To conclude a submarine agreement between the JA Development Corporation and the investor, with the possibility of subsequent acquisition of land at a price equal to 25 per cent of the cadastre value of the site (regulations: Civil, Land Codes of the Russian Federation, regional legislation);
- Investor ' s costs for the acquisition of land leases.
To date, 5 industrial enterprises have been located in the park, with some 2 billion roubles of investment. In 2026, 2 additional residents are planned to be accommodated.
At present, investors 48.5 hectares of free land available to build facilities.
The fleet ' s advantage is its location within the frontier ' s borders of the Totayev, and the park ' s residents are able to obtain tax benefits on profit, property and land
