• Responsible business in the Yaroslav region - The activities of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs registered in the territory of the Yaroslava Region, which contribute to the sustainable socio-economic and investment development of the Yaroslava region, i.e. by preserving the environment, using the best available technologies, establishing additional social guarantees for workers and members of their families, implementing environmental, social, educational, charitable and other projects related to the improvement of living standards and comfort of the population of the Yaroslav region;
• Responsible business - Entrepreneurial entity responsible for the conduct of business in the Yaroslav region and meeting the criteria for goodwill, social and environmental responsibility established by the Government of the Yaroslav region, taking into account the methodology for the evaluation of business entities defined by the national standards of the Russian Federation approved under federal technical regulation legislation

For legal entities

• Yuri is registered and is operating in the territory of the Yaroslav region.
• No decision has been taken on the law to eliminate or reorganize.

For individual entrepreneurs

• IP is registered and is operating in the territory of the Yaroslav region.
• There is no decision to terminate the activity with respect to the IP.
• No decision has been made with regard to the IP on the forthcoming de-listing from the EGRIP.
• No suspension of activities has been decided on the IP.
• The PPI has no unfinished duty to pay taxes, fees and other mandatory payments to all levels of government extrabudgetary funds.
• The IP is not below the AA level (based on the Ekg ratings.rf site).
  

Acquisition Enterprise The status of the responsible entrepreneurial entity is carried out by the Government of the Yaroslav region.

The procedure for attributing, extending and discontinuing the status of the responsible entrepreneurial entity, including the grounds for discontinuing such status, as well as the duration of the status of the responsible entrepreneurial entity, shall be established by the Government of the Yaroslav region.

In order to qualify as a responsible entrepreneurial entity, the applicant UL or IP sends the following documents to the designated authority, the Ministry of Investment and Industry of Yaroslav province:

• Application for the designation of a responsible business entity In accordance with Annex 1 of the Order. The application must be certified by the complainant ' s seal (if the press is available) and signed by the head of the legal person or individual businessman. ;

• A certificate from the FNL inspection on the performance of the duty to pay taxes, fees, penes, fines, interest received not earlier than 30 calendar days before the date of application;

Steps of procedure

1. UL or IP applications for inclusion in the Ministry of Investment and Industry
   Jaroslava province (hereinafter the Ministry).
2. Registration of application - 1 slave.

3. The Ministry shall consider the application and make one of the following decisions: - 1 slave. from the date of registration.

   Reasons for rejection - non-submission (not fully) of documents referred to in paragraph 2.1.

4. Verification of the applicant ' s compliance with the criteria of reliability, social and environmental liability (if a declaration is adopted) and preparation of the conclusion - Five days. from the date of registration of the application.

5. Initiation of a draft decision by the Government of the Jaroslava Region to assign the applicant the status of responsible entrepreneurial entity (hereinafter referred to as the draft decree) - 5 working days from the date of the positive opinion.

6. Harmonization of the draft regulation.

7. Entitlement of Responsible Entrepreneur since the adoption of the decision of the Government of the Yaroslav Region for two calendar years.
