The Novoselki Industrial Park, a State-involved park, is an industrial zone and is prepared for the construction of the Greenfield general area 420 haa centralized and modern engineering and transport infrastructure.

It is one of the first parks established in Russia.

• To conclude a submarine agreement between the JA Development Corporation and the investor with the possibility of subsequent acquisition of land at a cost equal to 25 per cent of the cadastre value of the site (regulations: Civil, Land Codes, regional legislation)

Resident tax benefits

Since 2020, there has been a new concessional category of " Residents of Industrialization (Industrial) Parks of the Yaroslava Region " (Government Decision No. 8-P of the Jaroslava Region Approval Committee), according to which park residents receive the following simplified procedure:

• Property Tax Benefit (0 per cent within 5 years of incorporation into the park resident register)
• Transport tax benefit* (0 per cent within 5 years of incorporation into the park resident register)

* Tax exemptions are not permitted for trucks for which a financial form of public investment support has been provided or is provided through tax exemptions for the implementation of the priority investment projects of the NS, regional investment projects for the establishment and (or) development of industrial (industrial) parks in the NS territory
