Regional Investment Standard
Yaroslavl Region has implemented the Regional Investment Standard 2.0.
In 2023, the Yaroslavl Region successfully confirmed the implementation of the Regional Investment Standard.
The objective of the investment standard is to shorten the investor's path from the emergence of an idea to the implementation of capital investments.
The introduction of a single federal standard implies that any investor coming to the region should receive clear and understandable information about working conditions and support at all stages, from signing an agreement to the end of the project.
The regional investment standard includes 5 elements:
- Investment Declaration
- Investment Development Agency
- Investment Committee
- Investment Card
- A set of investment rules (investor's action algorithms)
