The meat is made of Vegetable protein♪ Most often, it is insulated by proteins of soy and peas, less by lentils, or by other beans, wheat, jackfruit or a variety of vegetables. Sometimes squirrels take tofu, temper and others.

The vegetation meat is also composed of:

• Spray oils♪ In particular, sunflower, coconut or snoring.
• Link agent♪ Like gluten, aquaphabe or beans.
• Species and extras. To improve the taste and quality of the product.
• Legegolobinwhich simulates the taste and color of a real beef.
  

Production of vegetable meat:
Extraction. Spray cheese is processed with pressure, vapour and heat, but without chemistry. The result is either dry or wet meat (depending on the type of estruction). The product is then branded in specialties and used liquid smoke to treat the " real " meat. Also for this purpose, the fat of vegetation is added: e.g. olive or coconut oil.
