The interest rate

• 1% - with co-financing of at least 50% of the total budget of the investment project
• 3% - with co-financing from 20 to 50 % of the total budget of the investment project

Co-financing by the applicant

• ≥ 20% of the project budget

The loan can be directed to 

• acquisition of real estate used to expand (modernize) the production of goods and services;
• purchase of mobile/mobile buildings and structures (container, collapsible types);
• acquisition (except for the purchase of equipment under financial lease and leasing agreements) of Russian and (or) imported equipment, as well as its delivery, installation, commissioning and other measures for its preparation and commissioning;
• purchase of vehicles (except passenger cars and motorcycles), special equipment and self-propelled vehicles, as well as attachments to special equipment and self-propelled vehicles.
