The loan can be used to

• acquisition of real estate (buildings / buildings / structures, land plots under the building / buildings / structures) used for expansion (modernization), organization of a new type of production of goods and services;
• acquisition of mobile / mobile buildings and structures (container, collapsible types);
• acquisition (except for the acquisition of equipment under financial lease and leasing agreements) in the ownership of Russian and (or) imported equipment, as well as its delivery, installation, adjustment and other measures for its preparation and commissioning;
• purchase of vehicles (except cars and motorcycles), special equipment and self-propelled machines, as well as attachments to special equipment and self-propelled machines.

Requirements

• The applicant at the date of filing the application is registered and carries out activities at least 12 months in the territory of the Yaroslavl region;
• the Applicant at a date not earlier than 30 working days before the date of filing the application debt on payment of taxes, fees, insurance premiums, penalties, fines, interest payable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees to the budgets of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation, in an amount exceeding the amount 50 thousand rubles.;
• Applicant at the date of application is not in the process of reorganization (with the exception of reorganization in the form of joining another legal entity to the applicant), liquidation, bankruptcy proceedings have not been introduced against him, the applicant’s activity is not suspended in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• Applicant at the date of application There is no overdue salary arrears before employees;
• Applicant at the date of application No overdue debts to the Fund under previously concluded agreements;
• Applicant at the date of application There is no overdue debt to return subsidies to the regional budgetbudget investments provided, including in accordance with other legal acts, as well as other overdue (unsettled) debts on monetary obligations to the Yaroslavl region
