Amount of compensation

• Person from whom property has been seized - the amount obtained from the sale, minus the cost of the assessment of the market value of the object and the cost of restoration work or the cost of work necessary to preserve the seized property
• The buyer. - the cost of restoration works or the cost of works necessary to preserve the seized property, but not more than the amount earned from the sale minus the cost of the assessment of the market value of the object
