The network of modern roadblocks along key routes is being established in the region
The establishment of multifunctional road service zones in the region was discussed at a workshop chaired by the Governor of the Jaroslava Region, Michael Evravev.
♪ We have embarked on the establishment of a network of modern roadblocks along key tracks, M8 Holmogora and R132 Gold ring, as well as along other popular tourist destinations. Suitable areas have already been identified where land and infrastructure issues are being addressed: rights, connectivity and safe house design, and Mikhail Evreev has reported. - This project will address several important challenges for the Yaroslav region: creating new jobs in rural areas, comforting millions of travellers, will give impetus to the development of the local economy. Quality road service is a prerequisite for the development of tourism and transport infrastructure in the region.
Complexes will include not only APZ, but also full recreational areas with café, parks for all modes of transport, electric charge stations and modern traveller services.
Investors will be offered 95 plots in the Jaroslav region to implement road service projects. As the Minister for Property Relations of the Helena Hermolov region has also said, a land lease agreement has already been concluded in Yaroslav on the Ostish Street. Thirty-two sites are undergoing financial training, 12 of them already have accrual documentation.
♪ The highest degree of preparedness in the Pereslav-Zales and Nekouz municipal districts, as well as in the town district of Yaroslav, explained Elena Yermolov. - Okay, five sections in the Pereslav-Zales district have already been traded. The development of such facilities will continue.
Pre-trade areas are undergoing comprehensive training, which will enable investors to start construction faster.
