The " Regions - Sustainable Development " competition approved a programme to support real-estate economic enterprises to acquire information protection and information security

The number of cyber attacks on Russian enterprises and organizations is on average increasing.
27 per cent each year, especially the often violent attacks on the real sector, facilities
with critical infrastructure (CCI) and the public sector.
The " Regions - Sustainable Development " competition, established pursuant to the Government ' s mandate No. DC-P9-5670 of 10.08.2011, approved a programme to support real-sector enterprises to acquire information protection tools
and information security.

The programme provides the following support mechanisms:

  • Grant support for the acquisition of information security decisions, anti-attack protection equipment, procurement of technology equipment up to 20% of contract;
  • Extrabudgetary funding, taking into account the grant for the acquisition of information protection funds, the acquisition of cyberattack classes, payroll, tax payments, purchase of technology equipment: CB key RF plus 0.9 per cent/year, with no collateral;
  • Extrabudgetary funding based on a grant for an investment integrated project on the protection of enterprises against cyberattacks and BIPLA attacks, procurement of technology equipment: CB key RF minus 3.0 per cent/year, partial collateral;
  • Extrabudgetary funding, taking into account the cost-reimbursement grant for previously acquired means of protection of information, acquired classes of decisions to reflect cyberattacks and drone attacks: CB key RF minus 1.1 per cent/year, free of collateral♪

Nomination period from 01.03.2026-30.07.2026.

Segment of participants in the business type programme:
1. Medium business;
2. Large business;
3. Bigest business.


Sectoral focus of programme participants:
1. Businesses in the real economy;
2. Industrial enterprises;
3. APC enterprises;
4. Critical infrastructure.
