POS Business is a specialized online platform to enable entrepreneurs and investors to report on emerging issues and receive advice or support from relevant agencies and organizations.

To date, POS Business has been operating on a pilot basis in 29 regions, including the Jaroslav region. By the end of the year, all constituent entities of the Russian Federation are scheduled to be involved.

♪ Such systems help significantly improve business and power interactions, ensure prompt response to business community queries, reduce administrative barriers and, consequently, accelerate the development of the industrial sector in the region, emphasized by Alexander Eduardovic Olha, Minister of Investment and Industry of the Jaroslava Region.

The categories of applications cover a wide range of issues, including investor support and escort, human resources, construction, connection to engineering networks, real estate facilities and land, roads, environment and natural resources.

The question can be asked through a business account on the Public Services, the mobile application of the Public Service Resolved together, and the websites of interested local government agencies, line ministries or business escort organizations.

The duration of requests varies according to the type of referral:
- Consultation to 5 calendar days;
- assistance up to 10 calendar days;
- problem up to 30 calendar days.

Upon receipt of the reply, the applicant has the right to assess the quality of the service provided and, if unsatisfactory, to initiate a re-examination procedure.
