The market for sublimated fruits and vegetables will continue to grow steadily due to the growing popularity of finished foods. The market is projected to grow by more than $40 billion from the current market value to over $60 billion by 2025.
Sublimation treatment is considered to be the best drying process for food products, as it preserves structural integrity and quality.
The Yaroslav region is located in the central part of Russia and is logically balanced with the delivery of fruit from southern Russia.
More than 200,000 tons per year of forest berries are harvested in regions adjacent to the Jaroslava.
According to statistics, only 1.3 per cent of black stock, 1.5 per cent of brass, 2.5 per cent of clubs and pigeons and 10 per cent of mushroom stock are now used in Russia.
