The market for freeze-dried fruits and vegetables will continue to grow steadily due to the increasing popularity of prepared foods. It is projected that this market will grow from its current market value by more than $40 billion and reach a value of more than $60 billion by 2025.

Freeze-drying is considered the optimal drying process for food products, since it allows you to maintain structural integrity and taste qualities.

Yaroslavl region is located in the central part of Russia and is logically balanced with fruit supplies from the southern part of Russia. 

In the regions adjacent to Yaroslavsky, more than 200 thousand tons of wild berries are harvested per year. 
According to statistics, only 1.3% of the blueberry stock, 1.5% of lingonberries, 2.5% of cranberries and blueberries and 10% of the mushroom stock are currently used in Russia

Freeze-dried ingredients are used in:

  • food industry
  • production of food concentrates
  • confectionery industry 
  • production of healthy food products
  • production of food ingredients and flavoring additives
  • pharmaceuticals
  • industries of goods for tourists, athletes and travelers
  • school meals
