- turning and carousel processing of large-sized products with a diameter from 1200 mm to 4000 mm, height up to 2000 mm
4. Grinding works:
- the maximum dimensions for surface grinding work are 1250x320x400 mm. (LxWxH)
- the maximum diameter for external grinding is 320 mm
- the maximum diameter for internal grinding is 250 mm
5. Milling operations:
- maximum dimensions for milling 4000x2200 mm (LxW)
- the maximum weight of the manufactured product is 10000 kg
6. Tooth-cutting works:
- manufacture of cylindrical straight-toothed, oblique-toothed and worm wheels with a diameter of up to 800 mm
7. Dental work:
- manufacture of straight-toothed bevel wheels with a diameter of up to 500 mm
8. Blacksmithing works:
- manufacture of forgings with a diameter of up to 300 mm. and up to 200 mm high
9. Welding work:
- semi-automatic welding of ferrous metals in a carbon dioxide environment
- assembly and welding of metal structures according to customer's drawings
- welding of AMG alloys in a protective gas environment

10. Sheet metal cutting:
- cutting of sheet and profile rolled products made of steel, titanium and aluminum alloys on gas-plasma cutting machines. The maximum thickness of the sheet is 40 mm
- cutting metal on the guillotine. The maximum thickness of the sheet is 10 mm
11. Cutting of pipes, profile and long products:
- cutting without shape restrictions
- the maximum height/diameter of the processed product is 300 mm
 

Unique equipment
Carrying out bending operations in three planes, maximum dimensions 1500x6000 mm, sheet thickness up to 32 mm. It is possible to bend products made of high-strength steel with a thickness of up to 10 mm
