• 152730 turning: DiP 300: the length of the workpiece is 10000 mm, the largest diameter of the workpiece above the caliper is 340 mm, the largest diameter of the workpiece above the bed is 610 mm; DiP 500: the length of the workpiece is 4000 mm, the largest diameter of the workpiece above the caliper is 650 mm, the largest diameter of the workpiece above the bed is 1000 mm
• 181430 inspection of materials for defects - ultrasonic flaw detection: the possibility of flaw detection and repair of propeller shafts up to 10 m long, ultrasonic inspection.
• 181450 inspection of materials for defects - X-ray
• 252430 bending: Durma AD-R 30320: bending length 3050 mm, distance between racks 2600 mm, sheet thickness 20 mm; Hydraulic flatbed press PA-195: table dimensions 2800x3700 mm, force 800 tons; Sheet bending machine LGS-2: profile sheet bending, sheet thickness max. 10-12 mm
• 252450 flanging, folding: Rolling machine LN-448: thickness of the bent sheet 16 mm, length of the bent sheet 6300 mm, roll diameters: upper 500 mm, lower 450 mm, side bending 420 mm; Rolling machine Biko B3 3123: thickness of the bent sheet 16 mm, length of the bent sheet 3000 mm, roll diameters: upper 215 mm, lower 195 mm
