SME subject, meeting the requirements of the Federal Law of 24.07.2007 No. 209-FZ "On the development of small and medium-sized businesses of the Russian Federation":
- legal person;
- individual entrepreneur.The borrower is newly registered and valid for less than 2 (two) years as of the date of conclusion of the loan agreement with the PP NWF (ICC).Mandatory conditions for the Borrower:
- registration and implementation of activities in the Yaroslavl region;
- implementation of continuous financial and economic activities for a period of at least 3 (three) months on the date of application to the Fund;
- SME does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses specified in part 3 and part 4 of article 14 of the Federal law of 24.07.2007 No 209-FZ "On the development of small and medium-sized businesses of the Russian Federation";
- the SME has no overdue debt on taxes and fees and other mandatory payments to the budgets of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation, exceeding 50 thousand rubles, confirmed by a certificate of the tax authority issued not earlier than 30 (thirty) calendar days before the date of conclusion of the microloan agreement;
- Insolvency (bankruptcy) procedures are not applied in respect of the SME Entity, including supervision, financial recovery, external management, competitive proceedings or cancellation or suspension of the license (in case the activity is subject to licensing);
- A positive credit history;
- having a positive business reputation;
- other conditions established by the rules for granting microloans to small and medium-sized businesses from the funds of the Fund for Support of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises of the Yaroslavl Region (microcredit company).
