• co-financing is not required;
• repayment of the principal debt from the second year of the loan;
• Project products should be used as part of the products listed in the annex to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719 "On confirmation of production of industrial products in the territory of the Russian Federation";
• compliance of the purchased products with the priorities of the program should be confirmed by the relevant industry department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia;
• Equipment should be used for reconfiguration of equipment in the framework of the organization of production of new products or at least two-fold increase in the volume of already produced products.
