Reimbursement of costs associated with the payment of interest on loans granted:
to replenish working capital and (or) to finance current production activities;
- for a period not exceeding 3 years and not earlier than January 1, 2024;
- the loan amount is not more than 3 billion rubles;
The interest rate on the loan does not exceed the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation by more than 3 percentage points.
Manufactured products should be included in the Register of Russian products (PP of the Russian Federation from 17.07.2015 No. 719).
- reimbursement of costs associated with the payment of interest to manufacturers of machine tool products before 250. million rubles.
- reimbursement of costs associated with the payment of interest to manufacturers of industrial robotics before 75. million rubles.
- reimbursement of costs associated with the payment of interest to manufacturers of foundry, thermal equipment before 75. million rubles.

1. Manufactures types of industrial products included in the Register of Russian products:
- metalworking equipment (BCPD codes 2: 28.41.1, 28.41.2, 28.41.3);
- hardware-software control complex, spindles, linear guides, ball and screw transmissions, tool shops and tool heads (ACPD code 2: of 28.41.4);
- Interchangeable working tools for machine tools or for hand tools (with or without mechanical drive) (ACPD code 2: 25.73.4);
- tool attachment mandrels (BCPD code 2: 28.49.2); additive equipment (BCPD codes 2: 28.96.10). 121, 28.96.10.122, 28.96.10.123, 28.96.10.129, 28.41.34.100, 28.41.34.110, 28.41.34.120, 28.41.34.190);

2. Manufactures products within the framework of an investment project implemented in accordance with a subsidy agreement to carry out research and development work;
3. The share of products in the revenue of the selection participant and (or) its subsidiaries (collectively) for the previous financial year is at least 70%.
