• compliance with the category and type of permitted use of the site for hotel accommodation

• Obligation of UL or IP to provide temporary accommodation and temporary accommodation of tourists in the land plot created at the expense of subsidies of modular non-capital accommodation facilities at least three (3) years from the date of receipt of funds from the budget of the Russian Federation (in free form)
