The social contract is an agreement which the social protection authorities conclude with citizens and families whose income for reasons beyond their control is below the regional subsistence minimum.

The Social Protection Authority undertakes to provide public assistance (social services, payments, etc.) and citizens assume obligations (e.g., retraining, employment, development).

Types of social contracts

• Social contract for opening Cases (includes the acquisition of basic equipment (equipment) and inventories (bases and materials), software licences and (or) individual activities under federal law (not more than 10 per cent of the assigned payment), the search and rental of premises (not more than 15 per cent of the assigned payment), the payment (primary) of State registration as an individual businessman):

• Social contract for personal support (acquisition of goods necessary for the management of: economic goods, seeds and seeds, animals and birds (including young women), bees):

Education

• up to 30,000 roubles are allocated for entrepreneurship training;
• up to 30,000 roubles are allocated for personal support training.

• through the Single Public Service Portal (PIC).
