• Construction or upgrading of the production facility and its reconstruction

• Percentage floating rate:
• If the key RF CB rate is 10 per cent: calculated according to the formula " base interest rate + key RF-10% " .10% for technology companies and 12 % annual - for other borrowers at key rate 17 per cent)
• If the key RF RCB rate is 10 per cent: 3 per cent annual for technology companies and 5 per cent annual for other borrowers (base interest rates).
• The borrowers choose a credit organization from their own. List of and submit documents necessary for obtaining concessional loans
