Preferential tariff for rail transportation of agricultural products, as well as products for the organization of agricultural production
The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation approved new conditions for granting a subsidy to the open joint-stock company "Russian Railways", the federal state unitary enterprise "Crimean Railway" to compensate for losses in income arising from the establishment of preferential tariffs for the transportation of agricultural products, as well as products for the organization of agricultural production.
Types of products for transportation at preferential tariffs
grain crops (wheat, barley, corn, rye) – ETSNG codes 011005, 012008, 014003, 015006;
products of oilseed processing (meal forage (soybean), cake and soybean flour, fiber, soybean isolate) - ETSNG codes 542224, 542239, 542258, 504044, 516200;
vegetable products (fresh cabbage, onions and seedlings, fresh beets, fresh carrots, fresh tomatoes, fresh cucumbers, fresh potatoes) - ETSNG codes 041000, 043006;
mineral fertilizers (nitrogen, potash, phosphorus, mixed) – ETSNG codes 433008, 434000, 435003, 436006;
fish and fish products (mintai, pollock fillet, Pacific salmon (Oncorhynchus gorbuscha), Pacific salmon fillet (Oncorhynchus gorbuscha), sardinops (Sardinops sagax melanosticta), sardine fillets (Sardinops sagax melanosticta) (Sardinops sagax melanosticta) - ETSNG codes 572080, 572130 and GNG codes 03036700, 03047500, 03030303030, 00300, 00300100, 030390, 0390;
Transportation provides for all types of shipments, both in own railway rolling stock and in containers.
Volumes of grain crops, products of processing of grain crops, products of processing of oilseeds, vegetable products, mineral fertilizers, fish and fish products are determined annually by the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia
Regulatory framework
