Preferential loans for IT companies
Russian organizations implementing projects for the development and (or) implementation of digital transformation projects based on Russian solutions can receive a loan at a reduced rate.
Amount of credit
from 5 million 5 billion - for the implementation of projects;
from 500. million 10. billion - implementation of programs or a set of projects.
Interest rate
- from 1st before 5% annual
- before 3% Annual - for accredited IT companies
In order to receive preferential financing, the accredited organization must
at least once be recognized as meeting the conditions necessary for the application of tax rates and reduced rates of insurance premiums in accordance with paragraph 1.15 of Article 284 and paragraph 5 of Article 427 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation;
to keep employment for the period of the loan agreement at least 85% of the average number of employees in relation to March 1, 2022;
Index the salaries of employees.
