Financing conditions

• The loan funds can be used to modernize existing production or modify the product line at manufacturing enterprises (with the exception of food) and cannot be used to create production facilities or produce new products for the enterprise
• The applicant must be a participant in the regional productivity improvement program 
• To obtain a certificate from the ANO "Federal Center for Competencies in the field of labor productivity" on the company's availability of key elements of the production system and a sufficient level of use of internal resources to increase productivity
  or
  Get a protocol for creating a production flow sample based on the results of work with the FCC or RCC

Project product requirements
 

• It should be used as part of the products from the annex to Government Decree No. 719 or be included in the list of critical components of the MVK, or be included in industry import substitution plans
