• ≥ 50% grant

Requirements

• the applicant is a Russian commercial organization with no debts;
• revenue of the organization is not less than 300 million and not more than 10 billion rubles. Revenue for the last reporting year must be at least 4 times higher than the requested amount of the grant;
• the presence of a customer corporation interested in the product being created;

• Successful experience in the implementation of technological products.
