Requirements for residents:

• inclusion in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation
• State registration of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur is carried out in the territory of the Yaroslavl region
• legal entity or individual entrepreneur on the basis of an agreement with the management company of an industrial (industrial) park acquired ownership or possession and use of a land plot and (or) premises, building, structure, construction or parts thereof, located within the boundaries of the territory of an industrial (industrial) park, for the purpose of conducting economic activity
• compliance of the industrial (industrial) park and its management company with the requirements established by the Government of the Russian Federation
• in respect of a legal entity, a decision on liquidation or reorganization has not been made, the procedures applied in insolvency (bankruptcy) have not been introduced;
• a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur does not have unfulfilled obligation to pay taxes, fees and other mandatory payments to budgets of all levels, to state extra-budgetary funds, as well as under previously provided state guarantees of the Yaroslavl region
• activity of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur is not suspended in the manner prescribed by the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences

Benefits:

• exemption from payment of transport tax on vehicles used for the implementation of the project
