Requirements

• Inclusion in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation
• The state registration of a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur has been carried out on the territory of the Yaroslavl region
• A legal entity or an individual entrepreneur, on the basis of an agreement with the management company of an industrial (industrial) park, acquired ownership or possession and use of a land plot and (or) premises, building, structure, structure or parts thereof located within the boundaries of the territory of an industrial (industrial) park for the purpose of conducting economic activity
• Compliance of the industrial park and its management company with the requirements established by the Government of the Russian Federation
• A decision on liquidation or reorganization has not been made with respect to a legal entity, and the procedures applied in an insolvency (bankruptcy) case have not been introduced
• A legal entity or an individual entrepreneur does not have an unfulfilled obligation to pay taxes, fees and other mandatory payments to budgets of all levels, to state extra-budgetary funds, as well as under previously provided state guarantees of the Yaroslavl region
• The activity of a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur has not been suspended in accordance with the procedure established by the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation
