Ceramic brick production will be built in Gavrilov Yam district
Modern production of ceramic brick will be established in the Gavrilov-Yama district, near the Koromaslovo railway station. The investment project has been negotiated at the Petersburg International Economic Forum, which is being held with the participation of the Governor of the Jaroslav region, Michael Evravev.
♪ Investing is 1.6 billion roubles. The Gavrilov-Yama Keramic factory will produce about 800 million bricks per year when fully operational, has been informed by the Governor of the Yaroslav region, Michael Evreev. Products will be used in the construction of housing units, multi-family and private houses in cities and settlements across the country. Last year, 954,000 square metres of housing were introduced in the Jaroslav region. On this indicator, we're in the sixth place in the FLC and the 16th in Russia.
The project will use its own investor and Chinese partners. The metal carcas plant area will be approximately 25,000 square metres. Construction starts at the end of the summer. Equipment for the future plant is currently being installed in China.
♪ It's a joint Russian-Chinese project. The location of the plant is not random. In the Gavrilov Yam district, all the necessary logistical conditions, resources, and most importantly, the red glina that will be produced in its own career in 140 hectares and transported to the processing site, the Director-General of the Gaurilov-Yama Ceramic Factory, Yin Liu, spoke. - We plan to set two automatic lines immediately and start a factory ahead of schedule next year.
An investment project will create some 160 jobs. The Government of the Jaroslava Region will consider the possibility of providing public support to the investor in accordance with existing regional legislation.
