Since the beginning of 2023, the joint work of the tax and law enforcement authorities in the Jaroslava region has led to the establishment of 81 criminal cases in the Single State Register of Legal Persons (EGRUL) of persons involved in the establishment of one-day firms. Four individuals were convicted and penalized from a fine of 50,000 roubles to imprisonment.

The legal person created without the purpose of doing business is called a one-day firm. Records of such firms on frontiers are sent to law enforcement agencies. All actors involved in the establishment of such firms are responsible.

In most cases, proposals for registration of single-day firms for remuneration are made through social networks, television channels and personal contacts of citizens who have been in a difficult situation of life.

The Russian Federal Republic of Yugoslavia for the Yaroslava Region recommends all attempts to register a vibrant legal person, an individual entrepreneur, and self-employed persons to report immediately to the tax authorities and police authorities.

If the complainant has been suspected of wrongfulness of his actions, he may submit an objection within two days of the filing of the application for registration to the registry authority regarding the forthcoming State registration. In this case, the organization will not be registered.

When irregular registration is detected, a natural person may file a statement with the registration authority that it is not credible in the EGL in the form of P34001, attaching supporting documents.

The Russian Federation ' s " Public Online Business Register " service is available to fill out the statement of inaccuracy of the information contained in the EGL or to challenge the person concerned about the forthcoming registration.

In the " Living House for Individuals " service, a citizen has the opportunity to verify whether he or she is the founder of an organization and (or) a person entitled to act without confidence on her behalf.
