In the Jaroslava region, the one-time payment of the military service contract was increased to 910,000 roubles: 400 tons from the federal budget and 510 tons from the budget of the Jaroslav region.

Various support measures for the military and their families also continue in the region. These include social, psychological and medical rehabilitation for returnees from SBOs, provision of land, exemption for kindergartens, hot meals in schools.
