ImpellCom will continue to build base stations and develop digital infrastructure in the Yaroslav region

At the Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Governor of the Jaroslava Region held a meeting with the Director-General of PAO VompelCom (Blind-Bilin) Sergei Anohin.

♪ On the margins of the Petersburg Forum, the Governor of the Yaroslav region, Michael Evreev, agreed to continue the extensive construction of base stations. - Discussed the use of Big Blyin's data and tools for tourism, health and video analysis. All of these projects are aimed at ensuring that communication in the region is more qualitative, public space is smarter and the urban environment is more comfortable and safer.

The Jaroslav region remains one of the key infrastructure development regions of Billine. Since 2022, the company has invested more than 23 billion roubles in the development of the network, as well as in the Jaroslava Data Centre (JCD).

In 2025, VampelCom installed and upgraded some 2,000 base stations 4G, with plans for 2026 exceeding 300. Particular attention will be paid to small settlements where the link is weak and the Internet is not accessible. The solution may be to mount special equipment of reduced size.

In addition, a project on the construction of automatic mass-abortion control posts (AFC) will continue in the Yaroslav region. The systematic movement of heavy vehicles beyond acceptable parameters has accelerated the destruction of road infrastructure and has a direct impact on accident on regional tracks. As a result of the already established ALAC, the region has been able to automatically detect and administratively hold violators of the rules of transport of goods. Beline was involved in the construction of 21 such posts in the Yaroslav region.

The company also shared the experience of building regional Fijital centres, modern spaces combining sport, computer games and communication.
