In August, a meeting was held between the Governor of the Yaroslava Region, M.Y. Evraev, and the President of the Russian Federation, V.V. Putin. Vladimir Vladimirović praised the region ' s prospects, noting the many investment attractive projects.

M.I. Euras in his speech referred to the opening of new industrial enterprises in the Rostov and Danilov region, which included packing projects and the introduction of new technologies. The Governor described the Yaroslava industry as a locomotive for its development.

The industrial zone of Novoselki is actively being developed in Jaroslavlavla. A number of logistics centres, with a total investment value of 15 to 20 billion roubles, are under construction and a large date-centre is being built with a total investment of about 18 billion roubles. These projects are part of major and serious initiatives in the region.

Negotiations are under way with many investors to support the Territory ' s advance development, which demonstrates plans for its dynamic and ambitious development. To date, Tutaev is the only territory in the CFF where insurance premiums are available, contributions are paid at 7.6 per cent instead of 30 per cent. This support measure is in effect until 2029, subject to the inclusion in the resident register of Toutaev before the end of 2024.

In addition, investors may be exempted from the tax on profits, property and land for the next five years, with the inclusion in the registry in 2024.
