The establishment of the Mercure Campus based on RAGTU is one of the largest educational and infrastructure projects in the Yaroslav region. More than 40 industrial enterprises operate in Rybinsk. The camp will be a point of attraction for students, scientists and engineers.

♪ Today, we are launching the construction of a world-class " Mercure " campus campus at the University of Rybin State Aviation and Technology. This project is being carried out on behalf of the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, and is aimed at achieving the technological sovereignty of the Russian Federation in the area of gas turbine engines and energy installations for aviation, the fleet, energy and unmanned systems, by the Assistant President of the Russian Federation, Nikolay Patrushev. - Congratulations on this event, not only for the Yaroslav region, but for the country as a whole! The camp will enable the completion of advanced educational and scientific projects, the potential of the university, and its graduates will receive the required technical skills. I am sure that the concerted work of the authorities, the public customer, the general contractor, the designers, the builders and the university team will ensure that the facility is now operational.

Modern education, research and social spaces will be created in the construction process, where talented students, young scientists and engineers will be able to meet the real challenges of industry in a comfortable manner with access to advanced equipment. The introduction of the campus will contribute to improving the quality of education and research, attracting high-quality teachers and professionals, as well as the most trained graduates of Russian schools.

Michael Evravev is headed by a regional headquarters for the creation of an innovative educational environment, the World-level Campus Mercure. Representatives of the Government of the Jaroslav region, the leadership of the RAGUTU, PAO ODK-Saturne, AO ODK and Senator Alexander Rusak of the Russian Federation were members.

♪ We've come a long way. First, they won a federal competition to set up an advanced engineering school at the university, defended the project by getting one of the highest grades. Supported the development of documentation for the campus and provided 160 million roubles for this purpose. The initiative was endorsed by the Ministry of Economic Development and passed the Glavgos Expertise. The decree of the Government of Russia has incorporated the campus into the State programme " Strutting " . And now we're moving from design and discussion to real construction, and Governor Michael Evereev informed us. Rabinsk is a technical city, and our task is to make the engineering thinking here a step-by-step development. This requires two key components: personnel and infrastructure. Their support we pay special attention.

It is planned that the main building will include the reconstruction of the university ' s main body, as well as the construction of a multi-functional building where the centre of the youth industrial engineering and engineering offices, the gymnasium physical and health complex with the basin, the cultural and educational centre with the conference room and the dormitory of the dining room will be located. The surrounding area will also be upgraded with its subsequent integration with the Karyaquin garden.

♪ The camp carries the name " Mercure " . It is clear that it is a tribute to the founder of technical education in Rybinska Merkuri Komarov. But it may be recalled that the first planet of the solar system of Romans was not accidentally called Mercure because it moves faster than other planets. Therefore, there is a great wish for the collective, construction and designers, who are now completing their work, to all who will invest in this outstanding, world-class campus level: to move as legendary Mercure, the Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Dmitri Afanasiaev. - There's a lot to do. Nevertheless, the 16 billion roubles allocated by the State for the construction of the campus are a serious sum that needs to be developed within the time frame and preferably even ahead.

Once the construction of the campus has been completed, it will be able to produce up to 1,000 highly skilled experts each year for industry, expand the scope of applied research and strengthen the position of the Yaroslav region as one of Russia ' s leading scientific and industrial centres.

♪ The emergence of this unique site has been made possible by the effective interaction of a large number of structures, enterprises, institutions and industries. This is a very difficult task, but incredibly important across the country, investment in the future and protection of Russia ' s internal interests. I am convinced that the President ' s assignment will be completed on time and with appropriate quality, and Mercure will give a new impetus to the development of the economy and education not only in the Yaroslav region but also at the entire Russian level, has been emphasized by the Chairman of the Coordinating Council for the implementation of priority projects in the Jaroslav region, Artem Molčan.

Three couples participated in the stoning ceremony: young scientists, teachers, postgraduates and university students. For them, the future campus will become part of their professional life rather than just a place of work and study.

Here at the Obras and Impuls dual laboratories, the guests demonstrated the key results of the Advanced Engineering School " Engine Technology " in the field of gas turbine engines and energy systems. The guests also introduced a system of continuous engineering education, which was built at the university on the principle of " school-weight-making " .
