The launch of a new system tool for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises at a press conference was reported by the Deputy Minister for Economic Development of Russia, Tatiana Ilushnikov.

A large-scale project for small and medium-sized businesses, the entire Russian rating of the Indic case, has developed and launched the National Agency for My Business, with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

“In recent years, the SME sector has faced unprecedented challenges. At the same time, entrepreneurs have shown their flexibility, adaptiveness and social responsibility: they have maintained and created jobs, imports, and charitable activities. We see that business values are changing today and SMEs need new tools for development. In our view, the new rating system has three objectives: self-diagnosing the business, acting as a system of reference for SMEs, and creating a system of guidance for consumers. At the same time, the Ministry of Economic Development faces the challenge of the qualitative growth of the sector, and the project " Indices of Cases " aims to address it. Such an approach allows not only the promotion of healthy competition in Russia, but also the qualitative development of business, the creation of new directions and development mechanisms for companies at all levels " , explains the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Tatiana Ilumshnikov.

The organizers stress that the new rating system will not be limited to online information: all finalists and rating leaders will be able to obtain physical distinctive marks and quality labels for their merit in business facilities. Thus, the rating will be a hyde for clients and potential employees to facilitate the search for the perpetrators of goods, works and services, a prospective employer.
" Although Russia is currently developing 6.3 million SME entities, there is no single business survey for companies where all areas and regions can compete on an equal footing. We have therefore established a new system for a developing business, the whole Russian rating of the Index of Cases. Within it, enterprises will be able to obtain an objective assessment of their activities and continue to use them to create a positive image, attract new clients, and create a loyal audience around the brand. Range will be conducted on its own methodology and based on the core of economic indicators, the actual assessment of the pace and direction of business development without the intervention of subjective evaluation. Competitors ' ability to influence indicators is excluded. The application of special regional coefficients would make it possible to compare business in one field, but in different regions of Russia, " notes the chairman of the AIE " National Business Agency " Lev Kuznetsov.

Small and medium-sized companies will be able to participate in the ratings in almost all areas of activity, including franchises and branches with separate legalities, as well as business connections. The geography of the ratings is all regions of Russia.

Small and medium-sized companies will be evaluated in five indices: growth index, recognition index, future index, sales index and corporate social responsibility index. Indices will include, for example, the growth of earnings, the number of staff, the availability of communication channels, internal corporate social projects and other key growth markers.

“We are deeply analysts in the SME segment and are well aware of the issues of our entrepreneurs. According to the October RBS study, business activity, despite negative trends, remains fairly high. On the other hand, investment activity is declining significantly. And it's totally explaining negative sentiments against high credit rates. Therefore, it is now high priority to seek the tools that will involve entrepreneurs in the development of business, to help increase investment activity, to obtain the cost-effectiveness that will cover high credit rates. And the rating can be exactly the tool. It is a great honour to stand at the beginning of the rating of the Indic case, a truly powerful tool for the development of entrepreneurship in Russia, which creates a new word on a country-wide basis, and emphasized the Senior Vice-President, the head of the Irina Gemerin small business unit of the PSS.

The rating will be developed within a separate online system: in addition to access to the rating itself, participants will be able to benefit from bonuses and privileges from project partners, receive training courses to develop their case, have access to business products on concessional terms.

The rally will include federal turnover tops, regional tops of fastest-growing business, and business ratings on areas of activity.

The top-1000 and top-100 players will be the most successful business practices, both those with the greatest growth in their case and social projects within companies that create jobs and are aimed at further scaling up their business.

In order to begin, the entrepreneur will need to complete only a small form with basic business data, as business evaluation will take place in two stages: mourning and ranking.

The results of the primary mooring will be available to all participants within one month of the date of application. Once this stage has been successfully completed, participants in their personal offices will automatically have access to the filling of applications for valid nominations.

In doing so, an entrepreneur can apply for all existing companies, even if they operate in different fields. Unrestricted and the choice of nominees - the company can participate in each rating and receive an index of its case.
