In Russia, every third entrepreneur started using IDI in business

Russian entrepreneurs have become more involved in the use of artificial intelligence (II) in their work: each third of them is used in business. Nearly half of the surveyed small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the country (46 per cent) found the use of II and neurosets to be useful, as reflected in a study by the NAFI Analysis Centre, which was introduced on 20 May.

According to experts, entrepreneurs are most likely to use IPI to improve the efficiency of daily processes. Thus, 63 per cent believe that the main value of the II-based and neuronet-based instruments is working time savings. In doing so, 49 per cent of respondents expressed the view that, thanks to artificial intelligence, staff could focus on more work.

At the same time, more than one third of SME representatives - 37 per cent - confirmed that the use of IIs and neuronets helped to optimize the company ' s budget and solve previously inaccessible tasks.

The analysts noted that business uses II-based tools and neuronets in different niche. In more than half of the cases (54 per cent), small businesses apply them to marketing and advertising. In doing so, most SME representatives prefer domestic design tools: 72 per cent of respondents use Nandex solutions, 43 per cent VK, 35 per cent Sbera, 34 per cent Google solutions.

Including artificial intelligence, in collaboration with company clients, IT, self-education and training. Arthur Gafarov, Director of AIE, Enterprise and Economic Development Institute, told the Investments that by introducing such technologies, business was reducing costs.

" The greatest plus the I.I. is a qualitative improvement, the acceleration of the processing of a large number of data with fewer resources " , explained by the expert.

The Gafarov also noted that by processing data through II, the business received a more detailed picture of the preferences of its consumer, making the interaction with the client more detailed. The extension of IDI in both large businesses and small and medium-sized enterprises will continue, and it has concluded.
