President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation signed a law which extends until 31 December 2027 the State ' s support for the sale of children ' s books, educational and educational literature. The document is published.

Previously, the domination of small and medium-sized book entrepreneurship was in effect until 31 December 2024. The Act extends for three years the period during which such business is a social enterprise. This will also extend the possibility of receiving the measure of dominance.

As explained earlier by one of the authors of the document, Vladimir Kochneev, a member of the LDR faction, is primarily aimed at assisting new authors who take their first steps in a quality literature for children and young people, as well as supporting those brave publishers who help them to do so.
