Another Jaroslav province enterprise has successfully completed a project to improve productivity. This is the Uglysh Mining Company, which joined the implementation of the " Productivity of Work " project launched by President Vladimir Putin of Russia last September.

For six months, specialists from the Regional Competence Centre assisted the enterprise in addressing the inefficiencies of the production process and in the introduction of shore-based technologies in the flow of semi-solid raw materials.

The working group of the project, which was formed from among the employees of the enterprise, identified problems, worked out ways of addressing them, and introduced improvements that made it possible to significantly facilitate work, as well as to reduce the time of operations.

♪ SC experts help our enterprises to develop systematic, step-by-step work to improve production efficiency, adapt the techniques of shore technologies to the specific characteristics of each enterprise, noted by Alexander Olkhov, Minister of Investment and Industry. - On average, there is a 28 per cent reduction in the time spent in the production process, an increase of 44 per cent, and an unfinished production decrease of 33 per cent. These dry figures, at first glance, mask the hard work of enterprises that are interested in effective performance.

The project resulted in an increase of 23 per cent in the production of the mill and a reduction of 33 per cent in unfinished production.

In addition, five staff members were trained in the enterprise, who became certified trainers of shore production. They will now transfer their knowledge to colleagues and improve processes in other production flows.

The Jaroslav company Motorcon has also been included in the project. It is currently producing over 80 basic pumping models.

The National Project began with a start-up meeting with company officials and RCC experts who provide services free of charge to the enterprise. A precinct is selected as a pilot flow where the product starts.
