The aim of the festival is to support traditions, corporate culture and healthy lifestyles, and to strengthen linkages between workers. The event focused on 2024: the year of the family in Russia. From here on, the symbolic name is: " I, you, he, she, she's a rust of the family. "

On the first day of the festival, employees of the RAZ ran marches, passed a tourist staphate, oriented and contested games such as croquet, Cornhall, Finnish towns, intelligent competition. On the second day, the team played a street basketball, the city, classic, Badminton.
