A project entitled " Future of the future " is being implemented at the Rybin plant.

The aim of the project is to help schoolchildren in grades 6 to 11 in choosing a future career and education, to teach the boys to make informed decisions. The project is being implemented with the collaboration of the EPZ from the GU YO ' s " Professional orientation and psychological support centre " Reesurs " .

Guys are familiar with the production of the plant, learn about the specialties involved and about the active public life of the factory workers.

Some students in grades 7-8 have already shown their desire to work at the factory! Guys realize that working in an enterprise is not just physical work, but also new technologies. And the knowledge they now receive in mathematics, physics and other exact sciences will necessarily be used.

Being part of the process, learning from experienced professionals, developing their skills and seeing the results of their work means being proud of their work, which is what they want to do in the future. We fully support them and wish them success in achieving their goals!
