Two new major distribution centres opened in the Novoselki Industrial Park

On 24 July, two major distribution centres for the Chijik and April shops opened in the Novoselki Industrial Park. Logistic sites were visited by the Governor of Yaroslava province, Michael Evreev.

♪ The opening of two new distribution centres, a result of focused and systematic efforts to create attractive conditions for investors in the region, emphasized Michael Evreev. Projects have already invested more than 3.4 billion roubles, some 800 new jobs will be created, and sustainable and efficient logistics chains are built. The sites have already started work, they will provide merchandise and medicines to trade networks in the Yaroslav region and neighbouring regions, but jobs are created for our residents.

Michael Evravev noted that these were not the first logistics centres in the Novoselki Industrial Park. The Jaroslava region has become a central point in this direction among investors, thanks to the ready infrastructure and support at every stage.

♪ By the rate of investment, we are three times higher than the Russian average, we noted Michael Evravev. - Last year attracted investment in 176 billion roubles. Currently, projects with a total value of 350 billion roubles in industry, logistics and the economy, tourism, information technology and agro-industry sectors.

The Clearinghouse for the Chik shops is built by the X5 Group GS, Hasbrands Misteri Shoping End Consulting. The project contains 2.4 billion roubles, an area of 13.4 thousand square metres. The Centre was operational in the second quarter of 2025 and is already fully operational, providing goods to all network stores in the region. The launch also opened dozens of new outlets and created more than 200 additional retail jobs. The expected tax revenue is about 78 million roubles in the first year of operation.

With the support of the Government, work has been carried out on the road to the new logistics complex of Chijik. According to the head of the region, another 1-kilometre site is being planned, which will improve the logic for all industrialization residents.

The second distribution centre is constructed by the Otrada GS for the April pharmacy network. Investments focused on 1 billion roubles, an area of 10,000 square metres. The Centre was operational on 23 July 2025. There is an active recruitment process.

The full exit to the operating capacity is scheduled for September. The Centre will provide drugs to pharmacies throughout the Yaroslav region, which will increase the reliability and speed of pharmaceutical logistics. The construction of Release 2 is planned.

♪ Industrialization parks with ready infrastructure are a key form of investor support. We're taking over everything related to the engineering and transport training of the Territory, the Minister of Investment and Industry, Alexander Olkhov. - A road was built to the new distribution centres of Chijik and April, which allowed them to launch quickly. This is a real example of how the Novoselki Industrial Park helps business to implement projects more quickly and to start operating. Currently, 17 active resident and 11 potential residents are in the park.

The development of logistics infrastructure in the region and the availability of agro-aggregators that take agricultural inputs from farmers increase the capacity of the Jaroslav companies and local merchandise producers.

♪ The distribution centres and agro-aggregators in the Jaroslava region will increase the production of local products to shops, and the Director of the Department of Public Relations with the H5 Group Vasiliy Pushkin. - Agro-aggregators collect products from farmers in the field, then need to be transferred to the distribution centre, and the closer it is, the easier the logistics. Some 30 farmers are working with us today. Agro-aggregators have become a link between farmers and trade networks. They take over phases, product calibration, labelling, electronic documentation.

Red Beacon and vegetable Prom, as part of the Agro-Aggregator project, take agricultural inputs from farmers to supply Pioterska and Perecrestos.

The Ministry of Agro-Industry and Consumer Market of the Yaroslava Region also organizes trade and procurement sessions between large reteilers and local producers. Enterprises have the opportunity to declare their products and cooperate with large regional and federal trading networks. The presence of local producers in 2024 in the region ' s shops increased by 12 per cent.

In addition, the Yaroslav Product project, which already involves more than 3,800 shops, is being implemented. On their shelves, local goods are provided by special price collectors.
