In order to determine the general and replacement needs of organizations and individual entrepreneurs in the workforce for the five-year projection period, the Ministry of Labour of Russia conducts a nationwide survey of employers.

The survey is carried out to identify the needs of employers to train them in higher and secondary vocational education in the relevant professions/ professions.

The results of the survey will be summarized as a projection of the professional qualification structure of the labour market and a replacement of the workforce over a five-year period.

The survey is conducted from 1 June to 30 July 2024.

In order to complete the survey form, it is necessary to go to https://prognoz.vcot.info/pick up an I.P.O., register and access to a private office.

Only one responsible person from the organization should be identified to ensure correctness.

In order to obtain the data required for the questionnaires, it is recommended that staff of the human resources units and managers responsible for the medium- and long-term planning of the organization ' s activities be engaged.

If the organization has separate units (filials, representations, etc.), territorially located in a different constituent entity of the Russian Federation and having its own CAT, the questionnaire is completed by the organization without learning about the separate units. Each separate entity of the organization, located in a different constituent entity of the Russian Federation, completes the questionnaire on its own and indicates its own name, not the name of the organization that established the separate unit.

During the survey, employers are consulted through regional contact centres, whose telephone numbers will be available on the survey information platform.
