Today, Yaroslav has launched the YarBiznesFest Business Week, a key development in supporting the small and medium-sized business of the region. The festival is organized by the Government of the Yaroslava Region with the participation of the Centre " My Business " , the Ministry of Investment and Industry and the Business Club " Prosto Delai " and the GBU YO " SME Development Corporation " .

We very much want all the conditions in the Jaroslava region for the opening of our business, the success of the business and the creation of them. The region now has a built-in support infrastructure that helps entrepreneurs to develop steadily, increase revenues and create new jobs. These are concessional loans, sponsorship, export escorts, property, offices, leasing and others. The region ' s small and medium-sized enterprises grew by 14.7 per cent, to 414 billion roubles per year, with the first Vice-President of the Government of Denis Hohrakov. We are now reviving the stable work of the Cors Board at the Governor on small and medium-sized entrepreneurship. We will engage entrepreneurs in a live dialogue on the necessary support measures, tax issues, and important bills. Business must again become an active participant in decision-making and in the development of the region.

According to the Minister of Investment and Industry of the Yaroslava Region, activities such as the Yarbiznesfet contribute to entrepreneurial activity, business culture and a favourable investment climate in the region.

Supporting entrepreneurship is one of the strategic priorities for development in the region. Yar BusinessFest has become an important platform of business, power and expert community representatives. We see growing interest in entrepreneurship, especially by young people and creative industries, and we seek to create conditions for their sustainable growth and development, noted by the Minister of Investment and Industry of the Jaroslava Region, Alexander Eduardovic Olhov.

The festival will extend until 29 May and offer entrepreneurial and educational programmes. On the first day of the event, a solemn opening took place during which an agreement on cooperation was signed between the GBS of SME Development Corporation and the PAO Bunk PSB under the New Entrepreneur Programme. The programme is intended for those who wish to start their own business, with special attention being paid to soldiers who have been laid off and their families. The course takes account of their life experience and helps to start business quickly and efficiently. Each willing may contact the Regional Centre " My Business " to obtain the necessary support.

On 27 May, emphasis is placed on creative industries. During the day, marketing, design and branding workshops will be held, and a networking fair will be organized for artists, producers and digital agencies. The main objective of the day is to promote cooperation between entrepreneurs and creative professionals.

On 28 May, the business community will be strengthened. Activities have been planned to support women in business, discuss sustainable and social entrepreneurship models, and hold pitcing sessions. There will be a meeting in the evening devoted to women ' s leadership, where participants will share personal history and discuss ways of professional development.

On 29 May, a final forum will be held with the participation of business and government representatives. On that day, the outcome of the festival will be summarized, the winners of the competitive programmes announced and the awards awarded to participants. The Business Festival will be completed in an informal setting.
