The Government of the Jaroslava Region continues to provide comprehensive support for investment projects. There are three pre-development territories in the region: the Toutaev TOR, the Gavrilov Yam TOR and the Rostov TOR. Areas with special business conditions in the region (residents are provided with tax and non-tax benefits) have helped attract new investors and have thus reduced the dependence of monocities on basic production.

♪ TB respondents enjoy significant tax benefits (for profit tax, property, land tax and mineral tax) and Toutaev companies that have been in status before the end of 2024 have reduced the premium rate from 30% to 7.6%. The total investment of RB residents in 2024 exceeds 5.4 billion roubles, which will generate more than 1,000 new jobs, was reported by Alexander Eduardovic Olhov, Minister of Investment and Industry of the Jaroslava Region.

Among the resident traders included, projects such as the Ecoguru GS, non-alcoholic beverages, the Jaroslava Earth Plant, the terrestrial and the floating pumping stations, the Aronap OO with sublimated products and the OO Modern-A-Seasonic Complex.

The Government of the Jaroslava Region also supported 23 investors for 2023 and 2024 in the amount of about 509 million roubles. Project Geography covers Tutaevsky, Rostovsky, Rybinski, Danilovsky, Uglysh, Jaroslav, as well as the cities of Jaroslavl and Rybinsk.

Examples of successful support include:
Coprino Plaza project on the construction of a hotel building for 127 rooms in the Rybin region (investment over 735 million roubles, support 160 million roubles);
FSM Praim Project on the Production of Flexible Electric Power Plants in Tutayev (investment volume - 237 million roubles, infrastructure compensation - over 33 million roubles).

In the Yaroslava Region, investors have access to such support as concessional financing, tax and insurance benefits, land leases at a preferential rate without bidding, and infrastructure support. The Jaroslava Development Corporation provides prompt assistance to investors on business planning, documentation for government support, land selection and production areas, and infrastructure connectivity.
