In the Jaroslava region, investor projects signed at the PEIF are actively implemented

In the framework of the Petersburg International Economic Forum, 2024 the Government of the Jaroslava Region has signed nine investment agreements totalling 50.14 billion roubles. These projects will create more than 1,000 new jobs in the region.

Investment projects cover key areas of socio-economic development in the field: industrial production, agro-industry, tourism infrastructure, digital economy and logistics. The new agreements continued the integrated work on sustainable investment, infrastructure development and the engagement of strategic partners.

" Today, the Yaroslava Region offers investors not just a site but a holistic support system: professional escort, solutions, developed infrastructure. We are building a partnership based on long-term objectives: the development of territories, job creation, the expansion of the tax base”, which was commented on by Alexander Eduardovic Olkhov, Minister of Investment and Industry of the Jaroslava Region.

In July 2025, projects such as the construction of the POSON logistics complex in Jaroslavl are planned for operation. 6.2 billion roubles have already been invested and 500 jobs have been created.

Construction of a distribution centre for the Chijik disk is continuing. 2.2 billion roubles were invested, 220 jobs were created. The Centre is scheduled to be operational in the second quarter of 2025.
The PAO ' s investment project " Atto diesel " on the construction and organization of heavy-duty numerical engines of YMZ-770 is also being implemented in Yaroslav. The total investment will be at least 6.99 billion roubles. As a result of the project, at least 350 new jobs will be created in the region. The plant ' s production capacity has been installed and is in the process of being installed, and serial delivery is planned for 2025.

Alumooxy catalysts and adsorbents are being developed in Tutayev. 972 million roubles have already been invested. The facility is expected to be operational in the second quarter of 2025. The project plans to create 87 jobs.

Among the projects under implementation are the construction of the Yaroslav Centre. 400 million roubles have already been invested, the thermal contours of the premises have been closed, engineering communications and facilities are under way. Forty jobs are planned.

The production of gas turbines of TB-110M in Rybinsk is also active. 3.2 billion roubles were invested, 10 jobs were created, and government support was received. Planned investment - 20.99 billion roubles, 60 jobs.

A project is being implemented to establish a tourist-responsive cluster of the Vitas. Russian seasons " in the Negro region. First round: facilities, café and zoo have been constructed. 1.5 billion roubles are invested. The second line includes the construction of new hotels, restaurants and museums. The total investment of 3.5 billion roubles is planned for 350 jobs.

A draft collection of LUDI-RBYBA boutiques in the Negro region is being actively promoted. A 75-ga area, an architectural project developed, key permits issued. A total of 136 million roubles have already been invested. Total investment - 5.2 billion roubles, 280 jobs are planned. A concessional loan of 2.7 billion roubles. Construction starts 2025.

A hot zinc metal factory is being designed in Tutaev. The project is included in the Toutaev roster, a site has been established. Investments - 4.25 billion roubles, 175 jobs are planned.

Another major project is being carried out in Uglysh, a high-tech plant for bacterial pumps and concentrates for the food industry. The Agri Volga Holding is implementing a large investment project worth 4.2 billion roubles. 32 tons of bacterial concentrates per year are planned to be released at project capacity, thus contributing to the provision of quality ingredients to domestic enterprises. Separate work is under way, work will begin at the end of May on the installation of equipment, and production is scheduled to begin at the end of 2025. The project will create more than 150 new jobs.

All projects have received comprehensive escorts from the relevant agencies of the region. Some have already been included in the register of priority investment projects in the Yaroslav region, subsidies have been provided, permits have been issued, infrastructure contracts have been concluded.

A number of investment agreements signed earlier have already been successfully implemented. This confirms the effectiveness of the region ' s investment policies and the high level of project escorts.
In Tutaev, for example, the production of small-scale oil and gas plants is developing. A total of 330 million roubles were invested in the construction of Release 2, which created 70 jobs. The target was operational in February of this year.

In April 2025, a project for the renovation of the warmth complex in the village of Dubki, Jaroslava district, was completed. Investor-Jaroslava TC added 2.5 billion roubles to the project. The production of orchids in the thermal complex covers an area of 8 hectares. By 2027, 50 per cent of the orchids in the Russian market will be Japanese.

In the city of Rostov, the Food Plastic Packing Company is operational. The project was implemented by UMT-Technology, which invested in the construction of 455 million roubles. It was planned to create 120 jobs, but a total of 156 people were already employed as a result of the initial production. The Investor has been granted the status of resident of the Territory of the advance development of the Rostov.
A project to establish a oil processing centre in Tutaev has also been completed. TECHNOCENTRE invested 100 million roubles in the project. The enterprise began work by creating 150 jobs and meeting environmental requirements.

As part of the expansion of the Japanese broiler poultry capacity, additional birds and grains have been built in the Rybin region. The launch took place in December 2024. Investments were 1.3 billion roubles and 20 jobs were created. Planned production - up to 10,000 tons of bird per kill.

These projects demonstrate the sustainable implementation of the agreements signed with the Government of the Jaroslav region. The region is not only investing but also making real progress: launching production, developing infrastructure and improving the quality of life in the territories.
