IGTU has created a new technology site
The Jaroslava Politicians are implementing importation projects for enterprises in the country and the region.
The Yaroslav State Technical University has established a pilot metal processing industry for the development, research and practical activities of modern industrial production. There are more than 15 equipment on the new site.
“We conclude the first year of the University Engineering Development Centre ' s work by opening a new technological site. We are strengthening our scientific and logistical base to continue to successfully carry out applied research and development work for real-sector enterprises. As part of the State priorities of the Russian Federation, IGTU is involved in developing domestic engineering and strengthening the country ' s technological independence. These activities also have several qualitative effects: the competences of vase specialists are being strengthened, and the practical training of students takes place through real scientific and productive tasks.”, the President of the YASTU, Elena Stepanova.

The Transference Centre of Technology (Minaubruki Project of Russia) has been established and is being successfully developed in the YGAW. At the beginning of 2024, YGATU won the Russian Ministry of Commerce competition and received a grant of 300 million roubles for the establishment of the Engineering Development Centre, which is developing design kits for the critical kit list. Grant granted for 2024-2025, and the whole centre cycle is six years. The purchase of state-of-the-art equipment, some of which has already been installed or is in the process, will be available at the centre later.
“There was an abandoned basement, which stored old and defective equipment. Our objective was to revive this space in the short term in the form of a modern metal processing site that facilitates the implementation of the University ' s strategic engineering projects, the development and implementation of model and forward-looking technology processes for the manufacture of engineering products and many others " , by Kirill Porsev, the candidate for technical sciences, the chairman of the Compi-Turkey.

In addition, less than in the calendar year, the YGAG has successfully cooperated with the flagships of the engine market, the chemical industry, agriculture and the conditer industry. The University is implementing projects on product design, nodes and complexes, engineering calculations, prototypes, design documents, and many others.
