Projections for the privatization of cultural heritage sites were discussed at a government operational meeting in Mihail Evreev, Governor of Jaroslava province.
♪ In the Jaroslava region, 36 cultural heritage sites from regional and municipal property were sold from tendering. This work will be strengthened. It is aimed at preserving the region ' s historical identity, engaging in the economic circulation of old buildings, promoting tourism attractiveness and improving the quality of the urban environment, noted by the Governor of the Jaroslava Region, Michael Evreev. - Most monuments are unsatisfactory. We not only seize these facilities from non-traditional owners, but we also effectively manage the hospitality by continuing the practice of moving authorities to more modern buildings.
New owners for buildings of cultural and historical value are found through public tendering.
♪ In this year, we carried out seven cultural heritage sites from regional property with a total value of more than 350 million roubles, and also noted that the Minister of Property Relations of the Yaroslava Region, Elena Yermolov. - Another 21 cultural heritage sites in municipalities are being prepared for inclusion in the privatization plan.
Among the facilities implemented: the Eastuchov commercial building on Maksimov Street, 17/27, the Bucharin house on Soviet Street, 7, and the building of a bank office in the area of Celuzkins, 10/3, in Yaroslav, the Huglic and others.
At the regional level, 12 cultural heritage sites have now been privatized. In particular, the acquisition is accessible: in Yaroslav, the building of the Children ' s Nikolaev shelter (formerly polyclinic No. 1) in the Moscow Prospect, 43/10, the home of Smolina in Revolutionary, 9/4, in Tutaev, the home of Nikolaev in Romanov Street, 32.
Municipalities own 357 cultural heritage sites, 58 of which must be privatized. To date, 29 facilities have been implemented. The most widely sold property in Yaroslav, Rybinsk, Rostov and Uglic districts.
