Since the beginning of the year, small businesses under the national project " Maloe and Middle Entrepreneurship " have received concessional leasing equipment totalling 3.37 billion roubles. A separate programme operates through the PDA " RLK " for entrepreneurs in Donetska, Lugan People ' s Republics, Zaporoz and Herson oblasts.

" Lung leasing programmes complement the line of financial and guarantee instruments to support small and medium-sized businesses, particularly in the productive sector in the investment, modernization and expansion of business. In the new territories, these instruments are also urgently required. The amount of support provided to Zaporac, NPD and LPD entrepreneurs in engineering, chemical and food production in 2024 was 110 million roubles, commenting on Tatiana Ilushnikov.

Support for enterprises that invest in the expansion and upgrading of productive capacities is one of the strategic directions of the SME Corporation, the Director-General, Alexander Isaevich.

" Technological development of production is not only an increase in output and an expansion of the product line of a particular enterprise. This is often also the development of import substitution, the development of new markets, including abroad, new jobs”, said by Alexander Isaevich.

At present, concessional leasing allows business to attract equipment at a rate two times below the key. At the same time, most of the recipients of concessional leasing support work in priority sectors of the economy. For example, engineering and metal processing account for 45.9 per cent of the total, chemical production for 13.7 per cent, food industry for 11.9 per cent, light industry for 7.1 per cent and polygraph for 5.9 per cent.

The most concessional leasing support was provided by entrepreneurs in Moscow province (423 million roubles), St. Petersburg (238 million roubles), as well as Sverdlovski (179.8 million roubles), Legorod (159.2 million roubles) and Kaluz province (154.9 million roubles).

" During the development of the national project in the 2025 - 2030 horizon, it is important to maintain the support tools that have proved to be most effective and responsive. One such instrument is concessional leasing. Affordable equipment works to develop supply-side economics and provides quality business growth " , noted Tatiana Ilumshnikov.
