As of 1 September 2024, a new procedure for the disposal of property, goods, physical evidence and seized goods brought before the State becomes operational. The document was approved by the Order of the Minfin of Russia.

The new procedure lays down an electronic form of tendering for up to 10,000 roubles. The property will be executed on the official website (GIS Torgi).

As of 1 September, a new function will be available on the GIS Torgi platform:

Registration of bidders;
Formulation of notices of sale;
The signing of a public offer and a certificate of acceptance;
Payment of acquired property.
