In 2026, two more Yaroslav oblast enterprises joined the federal project " Productive and Competitive Economy " , initiated by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin: the Mega-Paq fishing factory and the Jaroslav company Deka, which is engaged in a full commercial production cycle.

♪ The project now involves 87 enterprises in the region, which have introduced various methods of improving efficiency and optimizing internal processes, improving their performance, and has been reported by Alexander Olkhov, Minister of Investment and Industry of the Jaroslava Region. More than 3,300 staff members have been trained in shore production.

For new participants in the project, experts from the Regional Competence Centre (RCC) in the area of productivity conduct business process audits free of charge for six months and help to identify a list of issues and how to address them. In addition, 32 enterprises in the region are implementing projects with the assistance of experts from the Federal Competence Centre (FCC).

The staff of the participating companies also have the opportunity to undergo training in the Productivity Liquids and Export Growth Axeler programmes from the federal budget. In 2026, 10 educational flows were planned for managers at different levels. The first in the direction of Productivity Leagues begins in March.

The practical skills of staff can be developed at the " Process Fabrication " site, which operates on the basis of the ICP Development Corporation of the Yaroslava Region. Applications for one-day training are made to the CCC.

Until 2030, the project will introduce productivity enhancement tools in all public and municipal social organizations in the Yaroslav region.
