Three new productions will be established in the Yaroslava Industrialization Park, Novoselki

Three new investment projects will be implemented in the Yaroslav Industrisk Park, Novoselki, from 2026 to 2028. The head of the region, Mikhail Evraev, reported that arrangements had been made at the Petersburg International Economic Forum.

♪ The total investment would exceed 2.1 billion roubles and 165 jobs would be created for the inhabitants of the region, and the Governor Mihail Evreev, who served in a forum chaired by the delegation of the Yaroslav region, told him. - The Novoselki Industrial Park is one of the key sites in our region for new production. For residents, 60 hectares are available, the third turn of the park is being built. It is important for us that investors choose the Jaroslava region to implement their projects. These are new jobs, additional fiscal revenues, industrial development and the strengthening of the region ' s economy.

The project for the construction of a pharmaceutical plant for veterinary production is being implemented by the Nerochem GS. A laboratory is being built for the study of products, the production building for feed additives and bonuses, the warehouse, the distribution centre of 18.2 thousand square metres, the coil and administrative building at approximately 2.6 hectares. The launch of the facility is scheduled for 2027.

The launch of the Ventox Ventilation Plan is planned for 2027-2028.

There will also be a new production base in the industrial park for an individual businessman, Dmitri Ditlov, on the production of a sidewalk, bordeer stone and wood products. Construction and installation is scheduled to be completed by December 2027.

All investors receive support under the project " Efficient and Competitive Economy " initiated by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin.

Background

The Novoselki Park offers prepared Greenfield sites, which are already equipped with all necessary engineering and transport infrastructure. Companies can rely on property and transport tax benefits, a rate of 0 per cent within five years of the resident register.

X5 Group, Jaroslavl, R-Farm Novoselki, Bezen Manufekchuring Rus, Jaroslava Beverage, April Plus, Data Centre, Chijik and other companies are already operating in the park.
