Azimut hotel Yaroslavl has been designated for sale on 6 August
Prior to 3 August, applications from potential investors at the Russian Aucation House site continue. The lot consists of a modern hotel complex, located on the Moscow Prospect, with 118 numbers of a total area of 12046 square metres, a hotel area of 7,381 square metres and movable equipment: furniture, household equipment, vocational equipment. The original cost is 723.9 million roubles.
♪ The property complex is the property of the Yaroslav region. Funds from sale will be received in the region ' s budget. Acquisition of a four-star hotel that is in the process of being accessible from the historical centre of Yaroslav, the investor receives an active asset with secure income from the first day of possession. The object is in the long-term lease of the largest Russian hotel network, reported by the head of the region, Michael Evreev. In the past year, we've been operating almost 1.9 billion roubles, eight times more than 2024. In the five months of this year, 18 objects worth 4,74.6 million roubles were sold, including a hotel in Rostov. In June, the regional privatization programme expanded. It's 141 objects. If all assets are sold from the privatization plan, 3.5 billion roubles will be budgeted. These funds will be channelled to social programmes, improvement, repair of roads.
The hotel ' s infrastructure contains a hidden heated pool, a restaurant complex with five banker rooms, five multi-capacity conference rooms, a pool hall. Free parking, public transport stops. Virtually all of the city ' s main features are intact.

Previously, the hotel on the Moscow Prospect was known as Saint George. The four-star hotel was built on the funds of the Moscow Government as a gift to the millennium of Yaroslav in 2010. Since 2021, the facility has been leased to Azimut Hotels.
